Welcome to Casa Zalta
Do you believe that the Land of Israel is the only safe place for the Jewish people and our only real home?
Are you thinking that the situation in the United States is kind of scary and you want to buy a house in Israel “Just in case“?...
Well, I agree with the first question, the second one is open for debate...
Shalom u’bracha from “Eretz Israel” 🇮🇱😊☀️
My name is Claudia Zalta.
Twenty-seven years ago, I made Aliya with my husband Maurice and (then) four children from the Syrian community in Brooklyn, New York. We moved straight to Efrat, and I think that that was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made !”BH”!!...( that is a whole journey and I would love to share it with you another time. )
I started working in real estate 20 years ago. When olim chadashim made Aliyah to Efrat, I always wanted to be there for them and help them in the transition. Having been an olah chadasha my self, I understand how hard it is to move to a different country with a different language etc even though nearly everybody speaks English here and even though it is our home. I felt a strong desire to help my people in any way possible, to make it easier for them ....and I enjoy every second of it !!!!😊
The natural development was to help people find houses – but people coming on aliyah also needed help dealing with schools, meeting friends (who would eventually become sisters and brothers), and finding a neighborhood that would be best for their kids, etc. When I started to receive calls from people asking if I could help them with their aliya, including finding houses, I decided to take my real estate exam. With my real estate license in Israel, I am able to help olim in a much more organized manner. In this way, I became a licensed Israeli real estate agent and had the privilege of being able to locate great houses for many, many olim chadashim, many of whom became dear friends. I am blessed with having acquired the tools to be able to help many more olim who are coming to our stunning, incredible country with their families.
It is a tremendous blessing for me to be with every family that wants to come on aliya and guide them from A to Z. From the beginning, when you have just arrived and everybody is confused and tired – which is one of my favorite moments to be THERE.... right there, to show people how incredible Eretz Israel and Am Israel are. It is that moment that we understand in our bones how all the hassle is so worthwhile. Of course, it’s also painful to leave family and friends. I always remind people of how “Eretz Israel niknet b’yissurim” – there will always be hard things ... but that is how we acquire our land and how we grow and become stronger in our neshamot and our inner selves. In short, making aliya and coming home is not the easiest and most convenient decision – but it is worth every millisecond of it!

I am here for you in Eretz Israel 🇮🇱 to welcome you and to find the best house in the best neighborhood in Efrat for you and your family 😊
